start of another week. had hap lab today, finally, after a few weeks of break. today's prac was kinda interesting yet disgusting. we had to take urine samples of three students, student A, B and C. Student A does not take in any liquid while student B had to take water (12ml/kg) and student C had to take salt water (12ml/kg). student C was the worst cos' the salt water is really salty. eww.. we had to work in groups of 8 and luckily, our group had 3 guys to spare so we girls were spared of the agony of having to go pee in a plastic container every 2 minutes for six times, and the weighing the pee-filled container. then, in between the lab, lloyd asked mr. tang abt the 'lab guy', and happily, we do not have to refer him as 'lab guy' no more cos' we have his name! Lynn happy happy huh.. then, during hap tutorial, had a tutorial quiz. i think i screwed that up, as usual. bleah.. nothing like that is new anymore. then, it's back to the lab with oc prac. we had to test some types of alcohol. and we had to smell a product of the reaction which was pure p.u. the procedures were very long and we had to walk back and forth the fume cupboard or something. then, after finishing our prac and waiting for our post-lab, we were sitting there and gossiping about joseph. we were talking about him being a terrorist and a human bomb. haha. have to go summarise all the reactions from topic 2 ownwards. ciao.
